Implementation of the Policy of the Head of the Education Office in Increasing Understanding of the Islamic Scriptures at State Elementary Schools in South Labuhanbatu Regency, Indonesia

This research aims to analyze several things, namely: 1) pthe policy procedure of the Head Education Office in increasing understanding Islamic Scriptures State Elementary School South Labuhanbatu Regency. Then 2) implementation holy book at Furthermore, 3) analyzing performance Regency.This is qualitative.
